Celebrating Resilience, Innovation, Service and Empowerment (RISE)

Tell us about the ways our community works to improve the lives of our friends, family members and neighbors living with mental health, substance use and physical health challenges.

The RISE Awards celebrate individuals and providers committed to:

• Improving Arizona’s health care system.
• Driving personal or systemwide changes for Arizonans.
• Advocating for equitable access to health care.
• Deploying ways to address the social factors that impact health and wellbeing.

Here’s how it works:

You can nominate an INDIVIDUAL or a PROVIDER in one of these three award categories: INSPIRATION, INNOVATION or ADVOCACY.

Mercy Care will select six RISE Award honorees: three individual honorees (one in each award category) and three provider honorees (one in each award category).

Note: Mercy Care employees aren’t eligible for a RISE Award.
